Remove the door from its frame.
Replace wooden door panel with glass.
Examine the back side of each door.
If so gouge away wood with a utility knife to expose the nail heads and pull the nails with a pliers.
If you have the tools it is actually pretty easy to make a double pane window.
What if i found an old paneled door and was able to replace one of the panels with a clouded glass.
The two pieces of wood moulding will hold the glass panel in place.
Remove any fasteners in the corner of the panel with a small pry par.

Replacing glass panels with wood is not the same structurally as a solid wood door or door with glass on top and a solid wood bottom even if you have to buy it new it would be a lot less work and more dependable to use a different door here.
You would simply need 2 panes of glass of the same size.
Nail the moulding to the door taking care not to damage the glass.
